INGREDIENTS:
-3 (900 g/2 lb) Potatoes
-200g /7 oz Salami
-50 g/ 1/2cup Parmesan
-1 tbsp Tomato paste
-3 tbsp Olive oil
-2 cloves Garlic
-1/4 tsp Oregano
-Salt
-Pepper
-Fresh basil
METHOD:
- Wash the potatoes well and make incisions almost to the bottom of the potatoes.

- Add salt and paprika to the potatoes.
- Put them in a preheated oven at 200 ° C / 392 ° F for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
